Integration of Environmental and Geotechnical Services
Our environmental services include Phase I and Phase II environmental studies to support property acquisition, financing or clean-up, and to facilitate off-site disposal during grading. This work can include soil, soil vapor, and ground water sampling, monitoring well installation, as well as the interpretation of field data and laboratory results and the development of remedial recommendations. Our environmental studies are cost-effective when combined with geotechnical investigations.
In addition, our staff is experienced in negotiation with various government agencies including the California Regional Water Quality Control Board and local agencies.
Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

• Assessments for Financing and Refinancing
Phase II Site Assessments
