Glenn founded the firm in 1994 with a focus on providing practical, cost-effective geotechnical solutions. He has extensive experience in all phases of geotechnical engineering for commercial, residential and public projects.

Glenn holds a B.S. in Geological Engineering from University of Idaho and an M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from Purdue University.
